The last 12 months have been transformational for Synopsys Inc. I am incredibly proud as I look back on our accomplishments in 2025 and equally excited by the tremendous opportunity that awaits us in the coming year. In my latest letter to stakeholders, I discuss Synopsys' growing role as the leader in engineering solutions - from silicon to systems. With the completion of the Ansys acquisition, our recently announced partnership with NVIDIA, and our AI-based AgentEngineer technology, we are transforming the way that products are being built and positioning ourselves to deliver unprecedented value to our customers around the world. Synopsys’ transformation will continue in 2026, as we look ahead to our Converge event in March and we celebrate Synopsys' 40th anniversary at the end of the year! All of the details are included in my letter below.
