Vergangenes Wochenende durfte ich gemeinsam mit meinen Kolleg*innen Vanessa Hoffmann, Alena Kozlova und Andy Poser unser Unternehmen, Alstom, auf der STICKS & STONES in Berlin vertreten – Europas größter Karrieremesse für LGBTQIA+ Talente. Für mich war die Teilnahme mehr als Recruiting. Sie war ein wichtiges Zeichen für queere Sichtbarkeit und dafür, dass Vielfalt, Zugehörigkeit und Chancengleichheit aktiv gewürdigt werden. Eine inklusive Arbeitsumgebungen ist ungemein wichtig und ermöglicht Menschen, sie selbst sein können. Danke an alle, die vorbeigeschaut haben – ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Jahr! 🌈 _______ Last weekend, I had the opportunity to represent Alstom at STICKS & STONES in Berlin together with my colleagues Vanessa Hoffmann, Alena Kozlova, and Andy Poser – Europe’s largest career fair for LGBTQIA+ talent. For me, participating was about more than recruiting. It was an important statement for queer visibility and a reminder that diversity, belonging, and equal opportunities should be actively recognized and celebrated. Inclusive workplaces are incredibly important, as they enable people to be their authentic selves. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth and connected with us.
