One of the coolest — and most important — roles out there just opened up. And I couldn't be happier, even though it's not mine to chase nor hire! 👉 https://lnkd.in/eVsabVUx My former home, the LEGO Group, is hiring for it. For me the timing matters as the teen mental health crisis is tangible almost everywhere right now ❤️‍🩹 So why does a job posting make me this hopeful? Two things stood out: ❣️ Values backed by investment: To me this reads as a testiment that TLG is ready to put its money where its mouth is — and to overinvest where needed to do what's hopefully right. ❣️ One word called PORTFOLIO: As it signals a readiness to critically reassess everything — product, services, and above all partnerships, content, media activation, licensing to company promise fit. That teen health matters deeply to me is no news.
