A couple of weeks ago, I had the pleasure of attending the Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’s Medical Student Association Blues & Shields Awards. I was honoured to receive a Full Shield Award in recognition of my contribution to the GKT community. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to get involved throughout medical school and for everyone who has supported and encouraged me along the way. Congratulations to all of this year’s nominees and to my fellow award recipients. It was fantastic to celebrate so many friends and peers who have made such a positive impact and I felt so inspired by the dedication, leadership and achievements shared during the evening- what a privilege to be a part of GKT! It was a wonderful way to round off fourth year and I’m feeling excited and motivated as I begin final year. Looking forward to everything still to come! #medicalschool #awards #gkt #kings
