🚀 What a fantastic start to the year – two amazing events back to back! 🚀 In mid-January, I had the honor of welcoming our new Start up!s Jose Hernandez Sanchez Justine Charlotte GUILLOT Peter Fabisch Tobias Wittig Ailina Wellendorf Rahel Schneider and Sophia at Deutsche Telekom. 💖We celebrated a highly successful onboarding week, enriched by inspiring contributions from colleagues across the entire Telekom organization. Thanks to: Ádám Márton Leonie Broermann Klaus Heinisch Philipp Pauly Mauritz van den Bosch Sabrina Bashiri Omari Stefan Zimmermann Jonas Neu Carlotta Kopietz Andreas Flachowsky Andreas Haehling von Lanzenauer and many many more. 👏 A special shout-out 💥 to our current trainees, who actively supported the welcome and made a real difference! Maike Klemmer Leonie Rockensüß Elena Ruf Lukas Tilmann Glenn Verhaag and for sure our buddies. 💖 Right after that, I headed into the GPED Year Kick-off with my home team and friends – two colorful days fully dedicated to our customers and the experiences we create together. 💡🎯 I’m truly grateful for this diverse and talented team Vicky Chioni Frank Behrens Christiane Große-Kampmann Kristina Fahl and many more, whose skill diversity enables us to deliver the best people experiences for our internal customers. I’m very much looking forward to the year ahead in my role as Program Management for Start up!, together with Silke Göddertz, our current trainees, and those yet to join us.
