Everyone wants an SDR job… But almost nobody is willing to actually DO the job before they get hired!!! 😩 You applied online?!?! OH COOL…so did another 1,200 people...🙄 Meanwhile, the person who’s actually going to get the offer is busy finding the VP of Sales, recording a 60-second LinkedIn video, and saying… “Hey, I know you’re probably hiring a lot of SDRs right now. Here’s why I’d crush this role.” THAT is prospecting!!!! And if you’re applying for a prospecting job…don’t you think you should prove you can prospect? 🤷♀️ If I were hiring SDRs, I wouldn’t care who had the prettiest resume…in fact I never look at resumes anymore!!! I’d hire the person who found me!! The one who personalized the outreach!! The one who wasn’t afraid to send the video!!!! The one who already proved they know how to book attention!!! Your interview starts long before someone replies to your application… Go sell yourself the same way you’re asking me to trust you to sell my company… That’s how you skip the line and get HIRED!!! #sales #careertips #sdr
