At least 1 in 7 people in your company likely have a disability. people with Learning Disabilities, especially those under the Neurodiversity Umbrella have amazing skills; they just think and do things differently. A typical 8 hour day/40 hr. week is not equitable for a person's brain that can complete a week's worth of work (for a neural typical brain) in just 4 hours. Productivity does not look the same for everyone. Some brains are are not able to operate efficiently early in the morning but can work at 10x's the level of efficiencies later in the day. Companies are missing out on an amazing productive talent pipeline WHEN THEY REFUSE to be flexible with schedules, work environments, communication styles, etc. Diversity = Innovation Innovation = PROFIT Top companies who are engaging their Neurodivergence in 2021 https://lnkd.in/e_62sPfc
