In February 2023 we released the first episode of the Life at Leyton podcast. The idea was simple - give people a window into the people behind the job titles. What they'd built, what they cared about, what had brought them to Leyton and kept them here. 32 episodes later, I'm handing over to Brion Evers as host, with Nicola Plenderleith and the talent acquisition team continuing to shape the content behind it. Two promotions of my own have passed in that time, which feels like a fitting reflection of what the podcast was always trying to say - that Leyton is a place where careers actually move. Every guest brought something different. The conversations were honest, warm, and genuinely individual - because the people at this business are.
