This is the step and repeat I designed for the Chicano Federation of San Diego County Unity Luncheon. The theme was From Moment to Movement. I painted a monarch. Monarchs migrate thousands of miles every year. No paperwork, no borders, no debate. Just an old, natural instinct to move toward what sustains them. That was the idea the Chicano Federation wanted on the wall. Migration as something natural. Something that has always been part of how living things survive and thrive. People lined up in front of it all day. Different ages, different backgrounds, all wanting a photo with the same wings. Take five minutes today. Step outside if you can. Think of one thing in your life right now that is moving, changing, in motion. Not good or bad. Just in motion. What does it feel like to let it move instead of fighting it? Let me know in the comments. #LinkedInScrollBreak Adrianna O'Donnell, MBA, CFRE, Elizabeth Ramírez, Carlos Solorio, Rosalba Bustillos, Adriana "Adri" Brunner
