🎯 MASTER IN HEALTH SCIENCES, UNIVERSITY OF LUCERNE Health Sciences begins with a clear purpose: to maintain and improve functioning of individuals and populations. Over the past century, this mission has drawn on contributions from many disciplines, each with its own intellectual lineage. This diversity is an asset, but only if anchored in a shared conceptual foundation that allows health scientists to situate their work and collaborate effectively. Students coming to Lucerne will find a whole Faculty, fully engaged in lecturing and providing their expertise to support their academic development and professional growth in health. Grounded in the Swiss tradition of precision and excellence, our Faculty is globally engaged. We host the WHO Collaborating Center for Rehabilitation in Global Health Systems - University of Lucerne, contributing directly to international efforts to improve functioning, reduce disability, and promote equitable access to health. We have trained hundreds of students over the past ten years, and we are proud to see how they are now contributing to research, policy, health systems development, and innovation across Switzerland and around the world.
