Drum roll please........🥁 We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join the best HR team, ever (I'm not biased in any way, honestly)! 🌟 Paula Turner, Head of HR, MUFG Corporate Markets Europe here at MUFG Pension & Market Services, is recruiting for an Interim HR Business Partner to join our team for 12 months. Whilst we support the UK MUFG Corporate Markets business, we also support our Group colleagues in the UK and have involvement in Group projects. We are part of Angela Cracknell's Global People Partnering & Advisory team, with a reporting line into Fergus Duggan, our Chief People Officer. What does the role involve? 📋 Supporting the development and delivery of robust people plans and initiatives across the UK MUFG Corporate Markets business 📋 Managing cyclical processes including goal setting, remuneration reviews and development planning 📋 Partnering with the wider Global HR team and business leaders as a trusted adviser, subject matter expert and critical partner for the development and maintenance of technical, leadership and professional skills and capabilities, employee engagement, culture, organisational change and employment regulations 📋 Supporting the HR Generalist with employee relations activities, including disciplinaries and employment law and regulations 📋 Working with the Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the overall talent acquisition process 📋Coaching leaders across the MUFG Corporate Markets business to embed positive organisational behaviours and a high-performing, engaged culture Who are we looking for? ✅ A technically strong HR professional with solid expertise across all areas of employment law ✅ An exceptional verbal and written communicator with the emotional intelligence to build and maintain strong, trusted stakeholder relationships ✅ A delivery focused, proactive self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running and work at pace, providing solutions and overcoming barriers ✅ Resilience and agility with the confidence to constructively challenge, influence and 'stand your own ground' when needed ✅ Based within a commutable distance of Leeds to enable you to be in the office with the team on a hybrid basis each week If this sounds like the role for you, please click this link for more information and to apply https://lnkd.in/eCpCfP6E Or get in touch for an informal chat!
