My April in pictures. From the energy of ChangeNOW 2026 to facilitating a Burn Bright, Not Out workshop with sustainability leaders from Lafim-Diakonie in Potsdam. In between: organising Kaffeeklatsch gatherings in Paris and Berlin, hosting a Wine & Impact evening in Paris, reconnecting with familiar faces and meeting people who quietly move things forward in very different spaces. One thing keeps striking me: So many people working on transformation carry enormous responsibility, complexity and emotional load behind the scenes. At FindingSustainia, we call the ability to stay connected to values, energy and clear decision-making under pressure coherence. Because long-term impact needs more than urgency. It needs spaces where people can think clearly, connect honestly and sustain themselves while building what comes next.
