During Mentorship Month on January 30, the Santa Cruz Warriors and NBA 2K teamed up to host an impactful 2K Mentorship Panel in honor of Black Heritage Night. We were thrilled to welcome BSU groups from across Santa Cruz and Monterey counties for a night of hoops, community, and exclusive NBA 2K26 giveaways. Following the game, students joined an inspiring post-game panel moderated by former Mayor Sonja Brunner. Leaders from the Sea Dubs organization—Drew Jones, M.S. (SCW Sideline Reporter), Tyler Cole Larson (SCW Assistant Coach), and Noah Robotham (SCW Assistant GM) — shared powerful insight into their professional journeys.
