For people living with #MultipleSclerosis (MS), disability progression isn't always visible, easy to measure, or captured in a clinical assessment. That is why it is crucial that the voices of those living with MS are heard. We know that MS progression starts at onset, yet the early signs are often missed. Current clinical tools tend to focus on mobility, cognition, or vision, leaving broader functional decline under-recognized and undertreated. Science and practice must move forward together. That's why we believe patient perspectives are essential to understanding the full picture of MS progression: - Early detection could transform MS management approaches - Patient experiences reveal what tests might miss - Listening closely helps us advance how we detect progression - Integrating patient insights with clinical science may reshape how we recognize progression in practice "It's hard to explain what I'm going through in a way that matches the tests."- Anita Williams By detecting progression earlier, we open the door to more informed conversations, more targeted interventions, and a truly holistic approach to MS care. We're committed to chasing the miracles of science while never losing sight of the human experience at the heart of everything we do. Ahmed Abdelhak
