The COMPARE study presented at #ESCMIDGlobal2026 is the first head-to-head, double-blind, randomized study powered to directly compare the tolerability profiles of a protein-based and an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine in adults. The study also captured patient-reported outcomes to understand how side effects impact the real-world patient experience with vaccination.
