It's always encouraging to see students treat the first week of a training program as more than just a checkbox — Aaryahi Kishore' s reflection on aseptic technique, microbial handling, and the full experimental workflow shows she's already thinking like a researcher, not just executing steps. One thing I'd add for anyone early in this kind of program: the "boring" parts — sterile technique, careful labeling, repeating a procedure until it's second nature — are usually where the real training happens. The flashy results come later, but the discipline you build in week one is what makes those results trustworthy. Great start — looking forward to seeing how the next modules build on this foundation. 👏 #Biotechnology #DrugDiscovery #Mentorship #Research #LearningByDoing Siddharth Sharma, Ph.D Dr. BUNUSHREE BEHERA Department of Biotechnology, Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology
