This week marks 6️⃣ months since I joined Pedersen & Partners, stepping back into a global 🌍 setting where we not only talk about our values of Trust, Professionalism, and Relationship, we live them — and I couldn’t be more grateful. Being part of an organization that lives its values has been both grounding and energizing. From navigating talent strategies to understanding the complex workforce challenges across different markets including India, Singapore, the Czech Republic, Brazil, Colombia, Germany, China, and Thailand, I’ve learned so much from my stellar colleagues across borders, cultures, and time zones. Thank you to some of my earliest project partners, Ruchika Gokarn, Michael Castelló Vogt, Biprashish Roy, Gary Williams, Marek Petruš, Leonardo de Souza, and Michael Getchell, and thank you to my research partners Marina Motoc, Marina Caramalac, Cristina Revenco, Igor Sliusari, Dea Narizsa Aulia, Marina Mischevici, Tatiana Pelihataia, Alina Gîțu, and Natalia Banaru. It’s also been incredibly rewarding to lead our #Chicago office, and to collaborate with my Americas Regional colleagues including Tammy Hawkins, Ana Flores Acuña, Fernanda G Valencia, Chris Barrett, Jeff Shapiro, Michael Buckley, Mónica De Prada, David Sanchez, John Durkey, and Jason Dacaret.
