I’m excited to share that, as of 1 July, I have embarked on a new journey with Alstom as Global HRO Service Excellence Director — or perhaps, more fittingly, boarded a new train. This move is much more than a new role. It is a new country, a new city, new colleagues, new friendships and, in many ways, a new life. Relocating to Paris has brought the excitement of discovery, the humility of starting again, and the energy that comes with stepping outside my comfort zone. Joining a company that plays such an important role in shaping the future of mobility is both inspiring and meaningful. Alstom’s values of being agile, inclusive and responsible strongly resonate with me, and I am looking forward to bringing these values to life in my new role.
