🌟what an inspiring evening by #ZigZagHR yesterday! 🔥 Khalid Benhaddou shared opinions on ‘the monsters of our times’ (and how to ‘defeat’ them). A fragmented society, the crisis of #truth… questioning among other - are we in an era of change or is the era changing? - should we measure #progress solely by measuring material or financial progress? I liked a lot too his recommendation ‘to have future #projects instead of (only) future projections’ (latter most of the time dramatised by leaders, politicians,…) 🦾 Kenneth Van Daele continued the evening around #AI & #Wellbeing. He didn’t bring a ‘soft’ story. Rather stimulated #HR #leaders to embrace new technologies fully! To become Operational efficient, yes, that too… Foremost to make companies and its #People (and the way they work) benefit fully of technological evolution. Not sure everybody was fully into that yet 😉. 🙏 Thank you Lesley Arens & Sven Hubin for the invitation, the network opportunity, the superb food and well-chosen location.
