📣 Today, Sandoz announces several key leadership changes   We are delighted to welcome Pascal Bouye as President, Generics Manufacturing & Supply and a member of the Sandoz Executive Committee, effective August 20.   Bringing more than 30 years of international leadership experience, including senior executive roles at Danone and Mars, Pascal Bouye has a strong track record of driving operational excellence and large-scale manufacturing performance in highly regulated industries, particularly within the fast-moving consumer goods sector. He has successfully led complex operational transformations across different industries, built high-performing teams, and delivered sustainable business results on a global scale. Recognized for his excellent leadership skills, Pascal combines deep operational expertise with a strong focus on people and performance. His experience and fresh external perspective position him well to further drive efficiency and scale in Sandoz high-volume generics business.   He succeeds Glenn A. Gerecke, PhD, who will step down from the Sandoz Executive Committee.  We would like to thank Glenn Gerecke for his leadership and many contributions to Sandoz, and we are pleased he will continue with the company in a new role.   Additionally, Keren Haruvi Snir will expand her responsibilities to oversee global M&A activities, and Simon Goeller has been appointed Country President, Germany.   👉Further details:  https://lnkd.in/e4nuGtmp
