Getting to the field faster 🎈 Sandia’s tethered balloon team, which uses balloons to collect atmospheric data, may soon be able to deploy in about half the time thanks to a streamlined project approval process. “Our goal with the umbrella Preliminary Real Estate Plan is to reduce the approval time between identifying a location to deploying on it from over a year to just six to nine months.
