Fueling the quantum future 🧑‍🏫 QCaMP for Educators is a weeklong camp that explores some of the perplexing phenomena of quantum physics while providing teachers with hands-on activities and resources to bring quantum concepts into their classrooms. “The quantum workforce of 2035 is sitting in a classroom right now, and they may not even know it yet,” Sandia’s Deb Menke said. “Our job at Sandia is to make sure their teachers do.” Sponsored by Sandia and other national labs, QCaMP is one of the first programs of its kind in the country and will be held in 18 cities from June 22-26.
