Anthropic posted a paper on how they enable internal analytics using Claude. Key themes include: good data foundations, dimensional modeling, simplified data model for Claude ( don’t expect it to be aggregate-aware), clear and single version of metric definitions; model, lineage and context metadata written for agent-as-a-consumer i.e no ambiguity for the end user to solve, and eval guardrails.
