"How to remove OVERTHINKING?" Someone asked me this question recently. I struggled with overthinking for many years till I found the reason. Over thinking comes from 2 areas: 1. Past Fears 2. Future worries It basically means we are not living in the PRESENT. So how does one remove overthinking? There are 3 simple steps I followed to remove it: Step 1: Start to write down all your past fears & future worries & any other negative thoughts down on a piece of paper. Step 2: Keep writing down all the thoughts that come for 7 days without missing a single one. This will give you all what you think. Step 3: After you write them all down now read them all. You will see many repetitions. Also you will find only a few things. This will make you aware of your patterns. They will go away. After you do this you can destroy the paper. Now the thoughts will not trouble you, if they still trouble, do this for 30 days & negative thoughts will not bother you. Once your mind is empty you can create amazing things. Are you overthinking?
