Two years ago, on 10th May 2024, I got the notification that I had converted Indian Institute of Management Kashipur. Today, looking back, it feels hard to believe how much life can change in just two years. I walked into campus nervous, uncertain, and quietly wondering whether I truly belonged here. But somewhere along the way, this place became home. What started with unfamiliar faces and overwhelming schedules slowly turned into friendships, late-night conversations, endless laughter, chai breaks, classroom debates, student body chaos, hostel memories, and some of the most meaningful experiences of my life. Being a part of Prep Cell, IIM Kashipur and TEDxIIMKashipur added another layer to this journey. From brainstorming ideas and working with incredible teams to learning how much happens behind the scenes to create something meaningful, those experiences gave me memories and lessons I’ll always carry with me. Somewhere between all the deadlines, presentations, competitions, internships, and placement season, I grew into a completely different person. More confident. More resilient. More self-aware. But beyond the degree, the biggest takeaway from these two years has been the people. The friends who became family, the conversations that stayed long after the nights ended, and the memories that I know I’ll carry for a lifetime. I came here hoping to build a career.
