وآخر دعواهم أن الحمد لله رب العالمين 🤍 بحمد الله وفضله، ناقشت اليوم رسالة الماجستير في القيادة التربوية بجامعة رأس الخيمة الأمريكية (AURAK)، والتي جاءت بعنوان: "نحو فهم كيفية تعزيز قادة المدارس للهوية الوطنية الإماراتية في المدارس ذات المناهج الدولية: دراسة حالة في إمارة الشارقة." كانت هذه الرحلة أكثر من مجرد دراسة أكاديمية، بل تجربة عميقة جمعت بين خبرتي المهنية في قطاع التعليم، وإيماني بأهمية دور القيادة التربوية في تحقيق التوازن بين المعايير التعليمية العالمية والحفاظ على الهوية الوطنية الإماراتية. أتقدم بجزيل الشكر والتقدير إلى مشرفي الدكتور وليد الجمّال Walid El-Jammal على دعمه وتوجيهه المستمر طوال رحلة البحث. كما أتوجه بالشكر إلى: Dr. Alexandria Proff (SFHEA) والأستاذة رنا نزالRana Nazzal من أكاديمية الشارقة للتعليم، وإلى مديري المدارس الدولية الخاصة في الشارقة، ورؤساء أقسام اللغة العربية، ومسؤولي ملف الهوية الوطنية، لما قدموه من مساهمات قيّمة كان لها أثر كبير في إنجاح هذا البحث. وكل الامتنان لزملائي وزميلاتي الذين شاركوني هذه الرحلة، ولكل من دعمني وآمن بي. أما عائلتي… فلهم من الشكر ما لا تكفيه الكلمات، فقد تحملوا الكثير من التقصير والانشغال حتى أصل إلى هذه اللحظة. رحلة انتهت… و رحلة جديدة تبدأ بإذن الله. 🎓 والحمد لله رب العالمين. And the last of our prayers is: All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. 🤍 Alhamdulillah, I am proud to share that I have successfully defended my Master’s thesis in Educational Leadership at the American University of Ras Al Khaimah. 🎓 My research was titled: “Toward Understanding how School Leaders Promote the UAE National Identity in International Curriculum Schools: A Sharjah Case Study.” This journey was far more than an academic milestone. It was a meaningful experience that reflected both my professional journey in education and my strong belief in the role of educational leadership in balancing global educational standards with the preservation of UAE national identity. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my research advisor,Dr.Walid El-Jammal , for his continuous guidance and support throughout this journey. Special thanks also to: Dr. Alexandria Proff (SFHEA) Rana Nazzal from Sharjah Education Academy,Sharjah Private Education Authority the principals of private international schools in Sharjah, Arabic department heads, and national identity coordinators, for their valuable contributions and participation in this research. My heartfelt appreciation also goes to my colleagues and fellow students who accompanied me throughout this journey, and to everyone who supported and believed in me. To my family — thank you for your patience, sacrifices, and unconditional support during this demanding journey. One chapter ends, and a new journey begins.✨ Alhamdulillah, always and forever.
