This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in law enforcement, code compliance, regulatory enforcement, public safety, or investigations. As a Regulatory Inspector, you'll: ✅ Conduct vehicle and driver inspections ✅ Enforce local and state laws and regulations ✅ Issue warnings and citations as a public officer ✅ Investigate complaints and safety concerns ✅ Prepare reports and appear in court when required ✅ Coordinate with law enforcement and regulatory agencies ✅ Help protect consumers and ensure public safety throughout San Diego County You'll spend time in the field conducting inspections and enforcement activities while working closely with industry stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and the public.
