What a great week! Time flies — and I’m proud to be on this journey. Reaching my first 100 days in this role coincided with an important global milestone for our PMO community in Power Transformers at Hitachi Energy. We had intense days in Zurich, filled with deep discussions on improvement opportunities, future-driven project management topics and how we continue enabling sustainable growth across all regions. At the center of everything, one clear mission: achieving world-class project management to deliver a reliable, consistent and exceptional customer experience. We remain fully committed to exceeding customer expectations — ensuring they feel supported and confident that their projects are managed by a highly prepared Project Managers focused on quality, performance and continuous improvement.
