I've been heads down on Relei for a while now — an AI-powered BD layer for agencies and consultancies. Product is working, pilots are live, and right now the focus is converting early customers while sharpening the product. When I started Traction Lab in HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management last week, the timing felt right. What I didn't expect was how quickly the cohort got real with each other. No "we're crushing it" energy — just founders at similar stages, wrestling with the same hard questions around traction, storytelling, and what fundraising actually looks like from where we're standing. The coaching has been specific and there's something genuinely useful about a room where you can say what's actually hard and share tactics that are actually working. Thanks to Joshua Barthel, Dr. Nino Tomini and Dr. Maurice Steinhoff for creating the conditions for that kind of honesty. It's rarer than it should be. Early days. But the right kind.
