Singapore Computer Society SCS Splash Forum 2025: Empowering the Next Wave of Tech Talent was held at Nanyang Polytechnic last week. More than 300 attendees from local Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and invited guests gathered for a day of inspiration, innovation, and industry insights at this year’s SCS Splash Forum. Guest-of-honour Mr Kiat How Tan, Senior Minister of State for Digital Development and Information, kicked off the event with a rousing kick off address and also took time to meet with student representatives. This year’s theme focused on empowering the next generation of tech talent to chart their career paths with confidence, spotlighting how students can cultivate the right skills, mindset, and network to thrive in Singapore’s evolving digital economy.   Highlights included: Keynote by Sandra Teh, Chief Culture Evangelist at Amazon & Amazon Web Services (AWS), on Careers, Core Values & Culture Breakout tracks exploring the future of Public, Technology, Finance, Healthcare, Startups, Digital Media & Gaming.
