As I've been finding my footing in the world of nonprofit operations, one thing has become clear: there aren't many spaces designed specifically for people doing this kind of work. So I created one. 🔗 Ops for Good is a LinkedIn group for people who lead and support operational functions at social impact organizations — nonprofits, grantmakers, intermediaries, and corporate social impact teams. Whether you have a broad operations title like COO or VP of Operations, or you specialize in one of the many disciplines that fall under the ops umbrella — Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Grants Administration, and more — this community is for you. My hope is that this becomes a place where we can network, exchange ideas and best practices, and remind each other that the work we do behind the scenes is what makes the mission possible.
