What happens when you get 35 curious people together in Hawaii for a week? A lot of laughs, a lot of deep conversations, and at least one customer problem solved. Last month, the Samaya AI team came together in Waikiki for our annual offsite. One of the highlights was our hackathon. Teams spent the week exploring new ideas, tackling customer challenges, and building solutions across the product. One example that made it all the way to production was Support Mode. Previously, we could view a customer's session but couldn't jump in to help directly. Now, customers can invite Samaya support into a session with a single click, see every action taken, and revoke access at any time. A real customer problem became a working feature before the week was over. Between the working sessions, the shared meals, and the occasional moment to take in the view, it was a week that brought us closer as a team and sharper as a company. We left with stronger relationships, new ideas, and a renewed appreciation for what we can accomplish together.
