Congratulations to the Department of Urology at Caritas-Krankenhaus St. Josef, University of Regensburg, on reaching the milestone of 300 patients in their Histolog program. As a high-volume, patient-centered robotic prostate care center, the team is continually advancing patient care through innovation and multidisciplinary collaboration. Through its Histolog program, the team have pioneered a real-time telepathology workflow that combines intraoperative tissue specimen imaging with remote pathology review, connecting surgeons and pathologists across hospital sites to support real-time clinical decision-making. Congratulations to Prof. Maximilian Burger, Dr. Maximilian Haas, Dr. Florian Weber, and the entire surgical, pathology, and OR teams on this achievement.
