Last week, our European team gathered in Lausanne, the SamanTree R&D office. We spent our time aligning on product roadmaps, strengthening collaboration across teams, and discussing how we can better serve surgeons, pathologists, and patients. Over two days, colleagues from across Europe had the opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and spend time discussing where we’re headed as a company, including our mission, vision, and the values that guide how we work together to serve physicians and patients. We also had the chance to explore the UNESCO World Heritage vineyards of Lavaux by e-bike and on foot. Seeing how generations have carefully cultivated and preserved this remarkable landscape was a fitting reminder that meaningful progress is built over time through collaboration, care, and a shared purpose.
