🚨 WE'RE HIRING 🚨 Job Title: Financial Service Representative Location: Hybrid (Flexible) Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST; Sunday 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM EST Employment Type: Full Time Pay: $18 Hourly to start with a raise structure to earn up to $20 hourly What You’ll Be Doing; ⚫ Deliver outstanding customer service in every interaction. ⚫ Propose customized solutions. ⚫ Negotiate payment terms and assist with setting up payment arrangements. ⚫ Support customers in bringing their accounts to current status. What You Bring; ⚫ Strong verbal and written communication skills. ⚫ Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. ⚫ Receptiveness to feedback and ability to adapt quickly. ⚫ Punctuality and reliability are essential. Experience & Qualifications; ⚫ Ability to navigate challenging or emotionally sensitive conversations. ⚫ Empathy Skills ⚫ Comfortable working with multiple computer systems/applications simultaneously. ⚫ Financial literacy is a plus. ⚫ Previous call center or financial services experience is an asset, but not required.
