What does it take to turn a nutrition mission into everyday action on the ground? During our district visits for the #SUPOSHIT Odisha Mission (SOM) across Odisha, we saw that the answer often lies with the frontline - in the clarity of Anganwadi workers, their dedication and the support systems around families. From #Anganwadi Centres in Koraput and Kandhamal to home visits in Nayagarh, the visits helped us understand ground-level adoption of the mission and identify key drivers of malnutrition to design more targeted interventions. Samagra’s SUPOSHIT Odisha Team is working on making 100% of Odisha’s 74,000+ Anganwadis malnutrition-free (SUPOSHIT) by 2029.
