Salik Development Foundation (SDF), with the support of Action Against Hunger (ACF) - Pakistan, successfully distributed 300 Winterization Kits among the most vulnerable households in UC Bariyar, Upper Kohistan. Reaching these communities required significant effort due to the challenging terrain. The team traveled 2 hours from Dassu to Baja on difficult roads, followed by a 3-hour mountain hike to the distribution points, with materials transported through mules and local labour. This intervention reflects our shared commitment to ensuring that even the most remote and underserved communities receive timely support during harsh winter conditions.
