مع انتهاء رحلتي مع الفنار للخدمات الهندسية (Alfanar Engineering Services)، أود أن أعبر عن خالص امتناني لهذه المرحلة المهنية المميزة التي بدأت في نوفمبر 2024. خلال هذه الفترة، حظيت بفرصة العمل ضمن بيئة احترافية ساهمت في تطوير مهاراتي وخبراتي، والتعلم من قيادات وكفاءات متميزة كان لها أثر كبير في مسيرتي المهنية والشخصية. كما تشرفت خلال هذه المرحلة بإكمال درجة الماجستير في الطاقة المتجددة وتحقيق أحد أهدافي المهنية بالحصول على شهادة PMP®، وهي إنجازات كان للدعم والتشجيع الذي وجدته داخل بيئة العمل دور مهم في الوصول إليها. أتقدم بجزيل الشكر والتقدير إلى الفنار للخدمات الهندسية على الثقة والفرص التي مُنحت لي، وعلى البيئة التي تشجع على التعلم والتطوير المستمر. وشكر خاص لسعادة المهندس Amer Al Ajmiعلى دعمه المستمر للكفاءات الوطنية، وإيمانه بقدرات الشباب السعودي، وحرصه على تمكينهم ومنحهم الفرص الحقيقية للنمو وتحمل المسؤولية. لقد كان لهذا النهج أثر إيجابي ملموس في تطوير الكوادر الوطنية ودعم مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030. كما أتوجه بالشكر لجميع الزملاء والزميلات الذين تشرفت بالعمل معهم، وأعتز بكل تجربة وخبرة وعلاقة مهنية اكتسبتها خلال هذه الرحلة. أغادر هذه المرحلة بكل فخر وامتنان، وأتطلع بحماس إلى الخطوة القادمة من مسيرتي المهنية. As I conclude my journey with Alfanar Engineering Services, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for a remarkable chapter that began in November 2024. During this period, I had the opportunity to work in a professional environment that significantly contributed to my growth, allowing me to learn from outstanding leaders and colleagues while gaining valuable experience. Throughout this journey, I was also honored to complete my Master’s Degree in Renewable Energy and achieve one of my professional goals by earning the PMP® certification. The support and encouragement I received played an important role in reaching these milestones. My sincere thanks go to Alfanar Engineering Services for the trust, opportunities, and growth-oriented environment provided throughout my tenure. Special thanks to Eng. Amer Al Ajmi for his continuous support of national talents, his belief in the capabilities of Saudi youth, and his commitment to empowering them with meaningful opportunities for growth and responsibility. His leadership has made a positive impact on developing Saudi professionals and supporting the objectives of Vision 2030. I am also grateful to all my colleagues whom I had the privilege of working with. I truly value every experience, lesson, and professional relationship gained throughout this journey.
