Last week, we hit a major milestone: TF1+ is officially live on Netflix for our members in France! 🚀 This marks a brand-new chapter in how our users discover and experience content. Behind the scenes, this was a monumental, end-to-end engineering lift. Bringing a partnership of this scale to life required massive cross-functional alignment and incredible technical grit across our Netflix Clients, Discovery, Playback, Membership, and Identity teams. On a personal note, this project holds a special place in my heart. It was one of the major initiatives I kicked off right before going on maternity leave, and it officially came to life as I returned. Balancing the final stretches of a launch like this with a new baby at home was no easy feat—and it truly wouldn't have been possible without the unwavering support of our partners. Huge kudos to all of our incredible cross-engineering teams for pulling off this feat in record time.
