#Namibia is emerging as a new frontier in the oil & gas industry, and at the beginning of 2026 we established our permanent footprint in the country. As always, health and safety remain at the core of everything we do. That’s why we hosted the workshop “Leadership in Health & Safety” in collaboration with our drilling client Rhino Resources. The strong engagement of client representatives, sub-contractors, local authorities and other key stakeholders made this initiative a valuable opportunity to reinforce a shared commitment to a proactive safety culture. The workshop highlighted the latest best practices in Health & Safety focused on the human performance as a key enabler of psychological safety and reliable operations. Creating an environment where #safeguards are continuously strengthened is essential to promoting “fail-safe” behaviours across all activities.
