Saint-Gobain was delighted to welcome students from France and the United States for three days of site visits as part of the Summer Academy in Architecture and Urban Studies, a program organized in partnership with Villa Albertine, the French Institute for Culture and Education.   Much more than just an immersion experience, this program provided an opportunity to share knowledge, inspire the architects and urban planners of tomorrow, and offer a concrete vision of the challenges and opportunities shaping sustainable construction.   Throughout the program, students explored various facets of the Saint-Gobain value chain that fuels innovation at Saint-Gobain.   From discussions on architectural design and sustainable construction with our Chairman and CEO Benoit BAZIN, to exploring cutting-edge research at the Saint-Gobain Innovation Hub Europe, visiting industrial sites where our solutions come to life, and delving into over 360 years of history and expertise at the Saint-Gobain Archives Center, they gained insight into how ideas are transformed into concrete solutions for a more sustainable world.   At Saint-Gobain, we are convinced that bridging the gap between academia and industry is essential to enabling future architects, engineers, and urban planners to better understand the realities and opportunities of our sector.
