Congratulations to this year’s PhiZero winners 🎉Shiwei liu, Yi Jiang, Kendra Watson, Zichao Wei, and Samuel Skinner! PhiZero is an annual, employee-driven innovation program that empowers our team to pursue groundbreaking ideas outside their typical scope, supported by dedicated funding. This year, we welcomed two project categories: Traditional PhiZero projects, which propose novel concepts aligned with Saint-Gobain’s goals but outside current business unit funding, and Horizon 3 Grand Challenges, tackling key issues identified by our BUs. The three winning projects were selected based on their creativity, industrial potential, sustainability, and feasibility. Excited to see how these innovations will shape the future!
