🤝 Joining forces across finance!   "This meeting was about building a true finance community, getting to know each other beyond our day-to-day interactions, sharing best practices and creating the connections that will help us move forward together." This is how Catherine de Miribel, our new CFO, summed up our first European Finance Controllers Meeting, held in Paris last week.   For two inspiring days, finance teams from across Europe came together to connect, exchange ideas, challenge perspectives and align on our shared priorities. The energy, openness and engagement throughout the event truly highlighted the strength of our finance community.   And the discussions quickly turned into action: 📊 Launching a working group to standardize monthly closing reporting across Europe 📈 Creating a second working group to improve margin visibility and support better decision-making 🎯 Aligning on key budget milestones, transfer pricing priorities and future training needs   Beyond the business topics, this meeting was a fantastic opportunity to bring together colleagues with diverse backgrounds, experiences and expertise.
