Our Women in Tech community is built on creating space for conversation and inspiration — where experiences are shared, and new perspectives take shape. Last month, our colleagues came together for a day that was both energising and deeply meaningful. It was a chance to connect, listen, learn and lift one another up, recognising that when we share our experiences, amplify others’ voices and invest in each other’s growth, we all move forward. It’s about opening doors, supporting one another, and helping make pathways into tech clearer for the next generation, while bringing allies into the conversation to drive meaningful support. Because progress is built over time through connection, collaboration, and the confidence to take the next step.
