Humbled to meet Professor Rajeev Sangal Two messages from our conversation will stay with me forever. 1.You can take a horse to the pond, but you cannot force it to drink the water. Yet, by taking it to the pond, you at least create the possibility that it may drink. If you never take the horse to the pond, the probability of it drinking is 0%. Opportunity matters. 2.Mindset is the king. The same labourer working on a construction site can see his work in three completely different ways: “I’m tired and exhausted, working just to earn a living.” “I’m working to build a humongous structure.” “I’m helping create the Parliament of India.” Same work, three mindsets; the mindset defines the meaning.
