𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗺 – 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 Following the first workshop held in October, on 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟯𝗿𝗱 a second group of colleagues from our 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗹 𝗡𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗼 site visited the new Arluno facility, marking another important step in our shared transformation journey. Once again, the day created a space for 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲, 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, confirming how deeply our people contribute to shaping the future of SagiCofim. These moments help strengthen the connection between teams and ensure a unified perspective on the strategic direction ahead. A great opportunity to open our doors and share what we do every day. The visit to our Arluno site became a moment of genuine exchange, made possible by the 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 of our colleagues, who took the time to explain, guide, and answer questions with real commitment. Walking through the production areas, it was inspiring to see how our people, together with renewed spaces and evolving ways of working, contribute every day to building solid, innovative, and high-quality solutions. A meaningful experience that once again highlights how technology and people grow best together. Our sincere thanks go once again to the 𝗦𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗺 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 for making this second session of exchange and engagement possible. And of course, thank you to all colleagues who participated with 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗮𝘀𝗺, 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴.
