🔋 We’re proud to announce the successful commissioning of Saft’s 3.5 MW / 9.2 MWh battery energy storage system for TotalEnergies’ hybrid microgrid located in Tierra del Fuego, Argentina 🇦🇷.   Installed at the Río Cullen and Cañadón Alfa sites, our BESS now supports a unique hybrid generation system combining 9 MW of new wind power with existing assets, in an area completely isolated from the national grid.   The system delivers reliable, and efficient power to the site, relying on the BESS to provide spinning reserve, ensuring backup power and optimum integration of renewable energy in challenging conditions. ⚡🌬️   A strong example of how Saft’s battery expertise helps our customers solve diverse energy challenges, and builds resilient, efficient systems wherever they’re needed.   #WeEnergizeTheWorld
