Bugün bizim için çok özel ve gurur verici bir gün 🌿 Eşim Op. Dr. Elif İlgazi Kılıç ile birlikte hazırladığımız ilk ortak SCI makalemiz, Q1 kategorisindeki Frontiers in Medicine dergisinde yayımlandı 🎉 Çalışmamızda, servikal kanser hücrelerinin otomatik sınıflandırılması için “DeepInsight-Net” adını verdiğimiz attention tabanlı yeni bir derin öğrenme mimarisi geliştirdik. Önerdiğimiz framework, hem sınıf dengesizliği problemini hem de mikroskobik görüntülerdeki arka plan gürültüsünü başarıyla ele alarak oldukça yüksek doğruluk ve güçlü genelleme performansı elde etti. Bu süreç boyunca emeği, desteği ve motivasyonu için eşime sonsuz teşekkür ederim. Dr. Elif İlgazi Kılıç, has officially been published in the Q1 journal Frontiers in Medicine 🎉 In this study, we proposed “DeepInsight-Net,” a novel attention-guided deep learning framework for automated cervical cancer cell classification. By integrating CBAM attention mechanisms with Focal Loss optimization, the proposed model effectively addresses spatial noise and class imbalance problems commonly encountered in cervical cytology analysis, achieving highly robust and generalizable performance across multiple datasets. Seeing a collaborative study we developed together published in such a prestigious international journal is an unforgettable experience for us.
