I welcome any clear statement against antisemitism. Jewish Canadians must live openly, safely, and proudly in Canada. That should never be negotiable. But words must match action. Canada cannot condemn antisemitism while sending mixed signals on Hamas, IRGC influence, and the Islamic Republic’s network inside Canada. Hamas and the IRGC are terrorist entities. The Islamic Republic has exported terror, repression, hostage diplomacy, and intimidation of diaspora communities for decades. Iranian Canadians have also been warning, rallying, and documenting the crimes of the Islamic Republic, including democide and the memory of the Javid-Nams. Yet too often, the response is symbolic: statements, papers, and speeches, but not enough enforcement, removal of regime-linked actors, or real protection for dissidents. Reopening an embassy in Tehran while IRGC-linked influence remains unresolved sends the wrong message. Please stop the good-cop/bad-cop politics. Canada needs consistency: zero tolerance for antisemitism, zero tolerance for Hamas glorification, zero tolerance for IRGC influence, and zero tolerance for foreign-regime intimidation. Words are welcome. Action is what matters. #Canada #Antisemitism #IRGC #Hamas #HumanRights #IranianCanadians #JewishCanadians #NoToHate #TerrorismHasNoPlace #Accountability #JavidNams #WomanLifeFreedom #Justice #ForeignInterference
