šŸ“– New Publication | "Optimization of Extraction Process and Development of Clove Essential Oil-Based Biodegradable Biofilm for Preservation of Grapes" in Bio Web of Conferences (Open access Journal) indexed in Scopus by EDP Sciences, France. Sustainable post-harvest technologies are essential for maintaining the quality and shelf life of fresh horticultural produce. The study conducted by our student Ms. Anjali Laishram (M.Sc, Post Harvest Technology), AIHSR (Batch 2023-2025) which develops a clove essential oil-based biodegradable biofilm using an optimized extraction process and evaluated its application for grape preservation.
